Marketraa is an independent directory of marketing and SEO tools. We built this policy to be short and honest: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell your data, and we run no paid placements. This page explains what we do collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Marketraa ("we", "us") operates the website at www.marketraa.com. For any privacy question, email us at hello@marketraa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

What we collect

Browsing the directory does not require an account, and we do not ask you to sign in or fill in forms to read our content. The data that reaches us falls into two groups:

  • Analytics data. We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This includes aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, approximate region, and device or browser type. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
  • Data you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and, where relevant, follow up. We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
  • We do not accept payment to rank, feature, or exclude any tool. Our coverage is editorial.
  • We do not run cross-site advertising trackers or build advertising profiles of you.

Cookies and similar technology

We keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run the site and measure traffic in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and the directory remains fully readable if you do.

Third parties

A few outside services help us operate:

  • Hosting and delivery. Our pages and static assets are served through a content delivery network, which processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
  • Analytics. Our analytics provider processes the aggregate usage data described above on our behalf.
  • Favicons and screenshots. We cache tool logos and screenshots on our own servers so your browser does not need to call the original tool's site to render our pages.

Outbound links to the tools we review lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

How long we keep data

Aggregate analytics are retained only as long as they are useful for understanding trends. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we hold very little that identifies you, the most common request is simply to delete an email exchange. To exercise any right, email hello@marketraa.com.

Children

Marketraa is a business tool directory intended for a professional audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
